I want to make sure that I understand the argument that is trying to be made by the OP. If a criminal can show enough of an economic benefit to the U.S. then they should be pardoned for their crimes?

To clarify there are two crimes and two criminals(IMHO). The businesses who are exploiting the illegals are the more heinous of the two but none the less both have committed crimes!

Could an economic benefit not be shown for every crime? It is my understanding that lady justice is blindfolded for a reason.

I understand why people are illegally crossing the borders. When they have committed a crime they must do the time, but you they should not march in parades DEMANDING their rights! As a U.S. citizens we have rights but we also have a duty to country, to ourselves and to our children.
