Are official tax returns necessary for i751 package??

Hi guys!! I am getting ready to send my i751 package as my green card expires in january. I am concerned because my husband has not filed 2021 and 2022 taxes and now is getting ready to do so. My question is, could we submit like a PDF of the submission itself or should we wait and get an official transcript from the IRS? Getting it may take up to a month i have heard and dont really want to risk it.

Another possibility would be to send what you have now, and then once you have the IRS transcripts (always a good thing to have), upload those as Unsolicited Evidence in myUSCIS once the case has been created.

Does I-751 allow uploading stuff nowadays? I thought only N-400 did?

Newer IOE cases are allowing this - see the other recent thread in this subforum:
