Can I get my driver license when my name on Green card is different from my name on Social Security Card?

I am an immigrant from Vietnam, my full name order was messed up on Green card and Visa, because my middle name also became my first name. Then my social security card did not come after 1-year living in America, I decided to go to the Social Security Administration to request my SSC and they asked me for the name’s order, I declared the order of my name different from which I got on my Green Card but it is my actual name. Therefore, my social security card’s name now is different from Green card’s one. Can I fix it? Or can I get my driver license with this difference?
