Fiancé is going to be leaving Malaysia and going back to her home country Indonesia within a month.  We are about ready to file the k-1 this week or next.  We have put her mailing address as her Indonesia address but putting her Malaysia address as the physical, which will be changing soon.  Does this need to be super accurate or can we just put the Indonesia address as physical and put the Malaysian address one as the 2nd physical address.  We don't know the date she will leave yet as she's trying to sell some things before she leaves.

Yes, it does need to be super accurate as you need to be truthful and putting a different address is not being truthful. Be prepared to request a change of consulate at the NVC stage as USCIS and NVC ignore the section on which consulate you prefer and send it automatically based on the physical address.
