Ead? Missing Vaccination info

Hya,

Sorry if this question has been asked before.

We sent in our AOS package on the 23rd July, it has been received and we are awaiting our NOA.

In order to get in before the fee increase ($800 increase), I didnt send the vaccination record.

I know I will probably receive a RFE and expect that completely, no problem.

However, my question is..

Does the processing of my EAD application, continue regardless of the RFE, or does that get held up too?

Please dont jump me, I'm very sensitive.

They usually send a letter saying that it might delay your EAD application 90 days. But usually what happens is that as soon as they receive the RFE document they start working on your application again.

They may or may not ask for it. In any case you'll probably need to have it ready for the interview.

Your EAD shouldn't be affected as long as you don't get an RFE for something else related to the EAD. The vaccination record is not required for the EAD, so that processing should continue as normal.

Not true, they put a hold on your entire case until the RFE is received.
