My husband signed i130 form with my name (beneficiary ) we got receipt number and we dont know what to do . We called them and they told us that once they opened the case they cant reject it but will send RFE . Has anyone had a similar situation ? maybe you know how to fix it

Did you just submit the petition?
 

I don’t think there is much else to do when you make an error on the 130 or 130A, other than wait to see if you receive an RFE—and if you get one, just submit asap to try to avoid more delays. I would think this error would be immaterial and you may not even receive an RFE; but I don’t have any direct experience with this particular situation.
