Hi! I’m working in Dubai and I’m a UAE resident (with Emirates ID). We are still waiting for NOA 2. My K2 is in the Philippines. Initially, we chose the US Embassy Philippines for the interview so me and my K2 can do the interview together. My question is can we transfer the interview in Abu Dhabi? Can my K2 get an interview -same date with me as K1 (she will come in Abu Dhabi in a tourist visa when the interview time comes). Will this transfer have an effect with the timeline (I.e. significant delay) due to the transfer? Appreciate your replies. Thank you in advance.

Makes sense

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You have just simplified the process.   In order for your child to interview in Manila you would have needed to request a file transfer from Abu Dhabi to Manila after completion of your K1 for the K2.  Now no transferring will be needed.

What if we want to be interviewed at the same time in Abu Dhabi K1 and K2? Or will it be better in Manila since we initially requested the interview to be there.
