I guys,

I would like to know what do I have to do after my NOA2 get approved.

Do I need to do my police clearance and medical before doing filling my D-160 or I have to wait until I hear from the embassy after submitting my D-160 form.

Please help.

Thanks

You may submit your DS-160 when your CEAC case status turns "Ready".  Then schedule your visa medical and interview.  You will need your police certificate for your medical in London, but not before submitting DS-160.
