Yes.  As it is, if you have a hand written Immunization card from a nurse from back when you were a child, they accept that.  You'll be fine.

Yes faxed copies will work, and that little yellow card does too.

Hello!

Can you share a bit about the hep b shot that you got? Did you just get one dose from the travel clinic and that was okay for your medical appointment?

I am so confused, the instructions I received say "2, 3, or 4 doses depending on vaccine or condition. A partial series is acceptable as long as the next injection in the series is not due at the time.".

I am planning on getting a hep b shot from my family doctor before the medical appointment, but I am wondering if one does is enough?

I did my immunity tests in May 2023. My doctor received  results (MMR, Varicella) by fax from lab.  I did my two vaccinations(Tdp, Hepatitis B) from travel center and i got receipt from them. The fax copies of lab rests are acceptable by U.S embassy panel doctors?

one dose should be enough provided the second dose is not due when you appear for medical. hep b has 3 doses (2nd dose is due one month after the first dose and third dose 6 months after 2nd dose). U.S immigration wants that you start the vaccination process before you appear for interview and complete it afterword.  Please make sure to get yellow immunization card/panel doctor form(if needed) signed by doctor before you appear for medical.
