AOS New fees

Hi everyone,

I read the new USCIS fees and the one that falls on my case is the I-485, the second description says: if under 14 and filling aplication with at least one parent ------------ $600.00

Doest it mean that I can have my 5 year old dauhter added to my wifes application?

Fill 2 applications and pay the same amount?

fill 2 applications and pay differently?

Thanks for your response.

:innocent:

according to your timeline

you already file the papers on may???

if you did, this new fee bussiness is ONLY for those that havent files yet.

if you havent, then its 1010 for your wife and 600 for the child IF filing both at same time.

each paperwork should be filed in separate.
