You need to give it some time. USCIS does not operate in a speedy manner. Most of the time it’s received in a week or two after NOA1, if it doesn’t come after 2 weeks after the notice, then you can request it.

Does USCIS send 'Account Access' notice automatically or do we have to request it separately ?
