I-130 : USCIS-account-access notice

I submitted I-130 petition and I recently got the receipt notice. 

But I haven't received "USCIS-account-access" notice, do I have to request it separately or USCIS sends the account-access notice automatically ?

You need to give it some time. USCIS does not operate in a speedy manner. Most of the time it’s received in a week or two after NOA1, if it doesn’t come after 2 weeks after the notice, then you can request it.
