    Can someone please post timelines if you got RFE for medical exam on you I-485 ? When was RFE sent by USCIS ? When was the response mailed to USCIS ? When did USCIS change status as 'RFE Response received' ? When was the final decision made on I-485 ?

    We got an RFE to submit form I-693. We mailed the response with sealed envelope and it was delivered. How long after receiving response does USCIS update status to indicate that they received the RFE response ?

    I submitted I-130 petition and I recently got the receipt notice. But I haven't received "USCIS-account-access" notice, do I have to request it separately or USCIS sends the account-access notice automatically ?

    Hi All, We recently submitted a joint I-130 and I-485 petition for my spouse. I got a text message 4 days ago saying our case was received and receipt notice has been mailed. How long will it take for us to receive the receipt notice in the mail from the time we received the text message? It's been 4 days, do we need to be concerned ?

    My spouse is on H-1B. I live in Santa Barbara and he lives in the Bay Area. Once we got married, we started preparing, in parallel, both I-130 petition and his H-1B amendment petition (to change his address from Bay area to Santa Barbara). We planned to Submit them on the same day, but H-1B amendment submission was delayed by a day compared to I-130 petition. Will this cause any problem because change-of-address was submitted a day after I-130 ?
