While trying to pay for the application, the credit card form shows Shipping Address. I am not sure what should go into shipping address. There is no instruction about it. Do you guys know about it?

I have the same problem wherein my DS-160 is not accessible anymore and i m unable to update the appointment with a new DS-160. My visa appointment is on August 29th in Hyderabad. Can someone provide the help desk phone number? Looks like multiple folks have this problem.

Tried calling the number - nobody answers. Tried emailing them - nobody responds. Tried the chat feature as well - got this message "Please wait. One of the customer service operators will answer you as soon as possible." and nobody joins.

- Sign up for a new profile (do this even if you have an account already with ustraveldocs website)

- make sure you verify your email as a part of this form

- once done, you should access to their new website and ability to change the appointment

Even I had the same issue. But neha suggestion worked. Username should be without any special characters.

Hello, I am having this same problem where the site keeps signing me out and asking me to log in. Can you please guide me as to what exactly I need to do to resolve this.
