Unemployed while waiting for the ROC

I am currently employed and trying to find a new job. I might run into a situation of temporary unemployment and no health insurance, how does that affect the ROC or the situation? In case someone has experienced something similar, would really appreciate the feedback.

My US spouse is already retired, and is on my health insurance, for the last 1.5 year, but we can switch his insurance to 100% on Medicare for the additional coverages, for him. I am just worried that my loss of health insurance or joint health insurance could affect my case.

Thanks for your time!

Joint health insurance is only one possible piece of evidence for ROC.

If you've got other strong evidence, such as joint bank accounts, investment accounts, property, etc, a temporary gap in joint health insurance will not matter.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, we have pretty much everything joint, house, car, financials, life insurance policies etc.
