:luv:(L) Thank you all for your support and my heart goes out to you Leila too. I had a response that said he should have said he doesnt want a fiance in Morocco because he loves you. He did say that to the consular . Yes tis the same notorious consular, as all the others with three letters in her name . They call her the brown lady ! I have joined kiyas group ...and really until it comes back to Vermont and I get my money for the lawyer , I will have to wait like all the others . I just wanted to let others know that are going through Morocco is tough! Please dont let this stop you from being with the person you love . It is a suspension , and they will review it here eventially. When they do , I will be ready ........I have already written to Vermont , but no reply yet . This has taken so much out of me ,, but its not over till its over. Someone needs to leave Morocco ......and its not just our fiance's and husbands . GRrrrrrrrrrr Sorry to vent ...Just a matter of time before someone stops her . ;)

Have a good day ,

Christine :luv:

Hi again all .........KIM is her name , unfortunately you dont have a choice who you get to interview. I have written to secretary of state regarding what is going on. This after talking with the assistant secretary, who asked me to fax it to them . No reply yet ..... but we will see , they told me it would take time .

Kiya has a group? What is the name of it?

I am so sad to hear this. Casa just plain sucks! Are you sure they sent it back to the CIS?

Is the woman who keeps giving out 221g's name Kim? I was just at the Consulate and I had a woman, not American who had dark hair and I also saw a woman with blond hair, maybe American, and an older man. Which one is the mean one? Is there any way for my fiance to ask to speak with the male officer when he has his interview? I'm sorry for everyone who keeps getting their cases sent back to the US- I'm basically just waiting for my turn to get a 221g at this point. Is there anything we can do here, or someone to complain to in the US about this problem? Good luck to everyone.

Sarah

Hi Sarah .....please keep the faith! Maybe you won't get Kim on the day of the interview ! When is your interview ? I will pray for you ..take care and good luck !!! :luv: FLY

my heart goes out to you and to Leila for the 221g :( and all those couples suffering and will suffer this fate.

I dont know what to say. Because, seem like Casa has this vendetta against all the couples trying to be togeather. I dont know how you can change this situation and I dont know how long it will take for your case to turn. rest assured you are not alone. some how some way there has to be justice.

does anyone know if this Kim has been reported has there been a formal compliant?

I have read in other forums that she has been reported, but it doesnt hurt to keep it up for everyone who she has been rude to. I think that is the biggest problem...just wanting our beloved to get approved no matter what we have to go through so long as they are approved....complaints need to be written anyway...just mho! I have sent mine to the DOS. Although she was not the one who interviewed my husband, he was interviewed by Nick Snder who is the older gentleman.

You wont need an attorney to overcome the return.

I agree with you..Chi.

the best thing I can say to everyone going thought this. I dont know how many USC have been

interviewed. but on my signature. I have included my interview. when I got interviewed by the

USICS- Dallas. my Petition did not get returned from the embassy it got returned from NVC.

to TSC. I waited 6 months for my interview. I considered an attorney but, During any interview

and attorney can not intervine. so having said that- I saw no use in an attorney present. the burdon of

proof relied on me. I was able to get an approval. *whew* if anyone wanna ask me questions reguarding that please feel free to contact me. I have yahoo, MSN, ICQ.

one last thing I will add

1... save save save all papers, pics, documents.

2.. stay organized.

3.. keep communicating with your spouse more than ever.

4.. realize you are not alone. you have my support 100% - hang in there kid!

I don't know if any of this will help you, I had been reading through this and went searching to see if there was anyone you guys might call for a live discussion about what is happening. I also would suggest contacting your congress person, and explain just how many people have been put through this hell.

My thoughts are with you I am so sorry
