Hello, my interview for IR1 visa case is in a few weeks and after filing taxes my spouse noticed her income is above the HHS poverty guidelines requirement.

When we were DQd her income did not meet the threshold so we had to get a joint sponsor. Should we still upload the necessary updated documents of our joint sponsor or just go with

my spouses most recent W2 and tax return that confirms her income is well above the requirement. Any opinion and advice will be deeply appreciated.

It's good that last year's income was above the threshold, but what is her "current income"?  One qualifies based on "current income" if employed.  Only the self employed qualify based on the last tax return.
