Maybe Rio hasn't sent any out this month yet? Not sure on when they send out IL's or what the backlog for that consulate is, but hope you hear soon.

I have updated the chart. I put extra rows for users to fill their information easily as copy/paste sometimes doesnot work properly. Also while updating the chart, please ensure the dates are in MM/DD/YYYY format to avoid confusion. Thank you.

According to a forum I read in the past, at least one guy with EB1 was waiting for more than an year after the DQ, unfortunately.

How long ago in the past? Most consulates are getting through their backlogs and times are getting quicker. The current time for spouse visas in Ankara seems to be around 4-5 months, so hopefully it will be quicker than a year for @Aya2538 although I can't find any threads for EB applicants there.

Thank you so much. I know that IR/CR visas are waiting as 5-6 months in Ankara and hope it gets quicker for EB visas also🙏

As I read, a case moved from Warsaw to Ankara in the beginning of 2022 and still was waiting at the time of my reading (April-May 2023).

There are a few Russian forums, but for the US visa questions they are touching other countries only in relation to current situation since the US Embassy Moscow is not issuing any visas from 2021, thus Russians are routed to Warsaw by default (except a few IV visa classes) as it is the designated processing Consulate for Russians.

Since Poland is very hard to reach now for most applicants, a few more options to transfer cases to another countries exists and Turkey was discussed a few times among others, but as the worse option due to the long queue.

September. The October bulletin dates kick in on 1st October.
