Hi All!

We're going through IR-5 case, just submitted DS-260.

My mom lived in Ukraine for about 8 months in late 1970s.

We added a Ukrainian address in DS-260 and now one of the civil documents required is a Police Certificate from Ukraine.

Does anyone know how non citizen, non resident can get a Ukrainian Police Certificate?

I found this service: https://vytiah.mvs.gov.ua/app/landing, but it looks like it is designed for citizens/residents.

I also downloaded Diia app, but you gotta have a BankID or NFC to register.

Required if she lived 12 months or more.  May need to upload a statement that PCC is not required per guidelines (less than 12 months in Ukraine).
