i-485, Wife's GC never received

March 31, 2021 Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service
March 31, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, directly to the address you gave us.
March 30, 2021 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
March 29, 2021 We ordered your new card.

i-90

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS May 20, 2021
We received your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, and sent you a receipt notice. May 7, 2021

Called today to get an Infopass appointment to get i-551 stamp, because she might need to travel in October.

I suspect that the GC expires in 2 years, so it should be expiring soon this month.

Should I apply for ROC i-751 without GC or wait until I receive the new GC?

Thank you!

Its critical that she applies for ROC in the 90 days prior to expiry of the GC   Use the I485 approval date at the GC date. Submit your NOA for the I90 with the I751 application.. as you are not able to attach a photocopy of the actual GC
