I am a Sudanese citizen  My documents are qualified in December 2022 and waiting for interview letter for Khartoum Embassy . However it looks like things are not going well in Khartoum Sudan at US embassy and we haven't even hear any IR1 visa or any other interview for any visa and Wait Times for Embassy it just say ( Emergency appointment only ) . Meanwhile I follow, people get their interview dates at the Embassy nearby in  Cairo Egypt and in Ankara turkey and chad going pretty good with Interviews. My question is, is it possible to change Embassy for interview and how I do that ?  In this regard, what would be my chance to request my interview location to be changed to different country ? Is it possible? How long would it take? Would it make things worse? I am just looking for options if i can transfer to a faster embassy , if anyone has any good experience to share,i will be very much thankful.

thank you

You will have to contact the new consulate and ask if they will transfer your case to them.  If they agree, contact NVC.
