Has anyone else gone though this? Interview at the Chicago field office got canceled twice due to unforeseen circumstances. First interview was supposed to be on March 3rd and then the second interview date was March 6th. Both have been canceled.

Uscis does whatever they want, just wait forbanother interview

K1 2017

Aos sent April 2018

Aos interview July 2018

Work permit September2018

Aos approved July 24, 2019.

Roc April 27, 2021

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

🤣

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

I am in same boat. Cancelled in Dec2022. Still waiting, in Chicago

Has anyone received an update yet regarding their descheduled N-400 application especially from Chicago Field Office?

 

@rohsha any updates yet?

 

I just read that if a N-400 interview was descheduled by USCIS and haven’t been rescheduled after 30 days, you can call USCIS to inquire about it.

I just read that if a N-400 interview was descheduled by USCIS and haven’t been rescheduled after 30 days, you can call USCIS to inquire about it.

I already called there, they said nothing pending as of now, it's just backlog. Still waiting as of today.

No updates yet. I requested my I-485 file under FOIA and they couldn’t find it. So now I think that they have misplaced the A-file or it is in storage and they haven’t gotten to retrieving it.

I just called USCIS not too long ago, I requested to talk to a Tier-2 officer, the info specialist blatantly said “No” she can’t connect me. This is so frustrating!
