My Fiance and I are wondering whether it would be smart for him (USC) to switch companies once me and my son enetr the US on a K1 /K2 Visa next year..........

He is a Truck Driver (all 48 States) and is only home 2 days a month right now and with this company. The company is great but they do not offer local jobs. And since very obviously we want to be TOGETHER,he is thinking about switching companies so he' d have a local job by the time we get there.

Now I would like to know how smart would that be? Pay would be the same pretty much, which is well above the 125% of the Poverty Level...........

Would they USCIS look at it funny in regards to the I 864?!

He likes his job very much and would stay with the company if he had more home time, but as I said with that company that's impossible...........

Any advice?

Thanks

Nat

Met on May 17,2005

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009

GOD , grant me the serenity

to accept the things I can not change

the courage to change the things I can

and the wisdom to know the difference!
