Good afternoon!

I recently submitted an expedite request.  Within an hour I received an e-mail confirming that I requested expedite and stating that "Your case is currently being adjudicated.  You should receive a notice of action* soon."  Has anyone else ever received this message?  If so, how long after did you get a decision?

Thanks!

Congratulations! Did you just talk to the live agent thru Emma chat to submit the expedite request or something else? Also did you add some proof document supporting the request? I'm waitng my I-130 case approved from July and I've heard nothing from USCIS and it's in California like your case....

I chatted with a live agent via Emma online.  I didn't submit any proof. I got the initial response with in an hour of the chat.  Then I noticed that my status change to the second "actively reviewed" so I checked the documents tab and the approval was there.  I didn't receive the action taken e-mail until this morning.
