Hi,

My wife is immigrating to the U.S. from Canada and recently had her immigration interview at the consulate in Montreal. We have a question on filling out Part 2 U.S. Entry Information. She has lived her entire life in Canada on a border town of the U.S. She has crossed hundreds of times over 30 years. She's never lived in the U.S., only visited many times. Do we still fill out Part 2?

Thanks

Josh

Sorry, the I-601 form and the vaccine exemption waiver.

Part 2  List the details of as many recent trips as you can .. then in the Additional

information section write the explanation as you have written on your post. They already know. What did she put in her DS260… i think I recall a question about entering the US but i might be  wrong
