Hi all,

I have 2 questions regarding this form. Just finished up filling out the the I864. I have copies of my W2 and 1040 and tax transcripits for 2004, 2005, and 2006. I also have a work certificate stating my salary, position, hire date, etc. I am above the poverty line.

Any other evidence needed for the I864?

Also,

Will I need to have this notarized like I did for the I134?

If you have your IRS transcripts - you really don't need the other 'supporting' documents (i.e., W-2s, 1099s etc - nor the 1040 form itself). Doesn't (as stated above) need to be notarized like the I-134.

Hola Luchito,

All you need is the tax transcripts for the last year but since you have all 3 that's even better, letter of employment and recent paystubs. The last two are optional as well but it's best to send them if you have them. That's all you need. That's all I sent for my stuff and it was fine.
