New I-134 form, no passport section

Hello!  I am starting to fill out I-134 for for my fiancé's interview.  I am also watching youtube videos on how to fill out the form step-by-step.  I noticed that the new I-134 form that I'm using from the USCIS does not have the passport info section anymore, which used to be #8.  Just want to be sure if I am using the correct form.  I'll attach the link, where I used from the USCIS.

I think that's the correct form also found on second step of travel.state.gov steps

I also think it's better to read the official instructions pdf for filling this form alongside with any videos cuz the videos maybe outdated

I think they switched from I134 to I134A, Just FYI.

I read somewhere that that's for Ukraine, Cuban, Hatian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan applications.
