My husband is filing form I-751. part 5 says to list all your children. We have a 1 year old daughter. she was born here in USA. should he include her ?

Yes. Pay attention to question 5.

 

            Is this child applying with you?

 

Even  though she is not applying with her father, her existence is gold standard proof of bonafide marriage. It  will be harmful to his case to not answer this section correctly
