I-130 application for Parent

Hello everyone,

I am curious if I can submit another green card application. I am a U.S. Citizen, and I have just submitted I-130 and I-485, for my minor child. But I really want to apply for my mom who is outside the U.S.

 

I am not sure if USCIS allow two I-130 application (1 pending for approval).

You can submit for  as many relatives as you are able to show eligible relationships .. . just remember  that each immigrant you sponsor adds to your household number for future petitions   and increases the sponsor income threshold. So its really a question of  “ how many can you afford to sponsor ?”
