This is a strange one because of the situation with Cuba.

https://cu.usembassy.gov/visas/

Based on the information on these two pages, which for most other consulates will direct you to schedule and pay for the interview, Havana is not giving regular interviews (only emergency ones). As a i129f you will not qualify for that so the direction seems you will need to travel to another US embassy outside of Cuba.

Hello,

Yes previously the interviews were being held in Guyana but the Havana embassy has been open for a few months and was only processing immediate family categories. However after Jan 4th 2023 the embassy will start normal operations and all cases will be processed there.

This is why I was asking about what's next after your case is marked Ready.

The instructions for post-NOA2 are specific to each consulate.  Here's what the website of the US embassy in Havana says about K1 interview scheduling -- https://cu.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-frequently-asked-questions/

Once my fiancé(e) visa petition has been approved by USCIS, what comes next?

USCIS forwards the approved petition to the National Visa Center, which then sends it to the Immigrant Visa/Parole (IV/) Unit of the U.S. Embassy in Havana. The NVC will provide with a letter that contains information about the necessary next steps.  After receiving the letter, you will be able to schedule an appointment through the website http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cu. Applicants will also be able to schedule appointments by telephone in the United States (786) 408-5995.

The problem the OP is having is exactly what you posted. Try the http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cu link yourself.

The Havana Embassy instruction pages I posted state they are not accepting this type of appointments at this time. According to OP they were aware of that but this has changed and the fact they have an HAV number means that is the embassy they sent their packet to which is "Ready" so they should be able to schedule and pay.

If I were in this situation it seems you will need to contact the embassy directly and tell them you have been directed to schedule an interview:

Calzada between L & M Streets, Vedado
Havana, Cuba
Phone: (53)(7) 839-4100
