Please helpppp

Hello guys! I’ve submitted the petitioner’s new I-864 on the CEAC before the interview. But now they say I-864EZ missing. Knowing that the petitioner has a joint sponsor. Is it still valid? Is the I-864 enough or what shall I do!

Please help guys my interview is soon and I’m running out of time

The petitioner filed an I-864 and the joint sponsor signed one as well. But before the interview I updated them along with the transcripts. It appeared on the petitioner that I-864EZ is missing. And the petitioner isn’t eligible to fill this form since he doesn’t have enough income, he signed only I-864. Some are saying this missing document is a glitch and I should ignore it.

If the petitioner has one I-864 and joint sponsor has one I-864 assuming the joint sponsor's and petitioner's income is sufficient for the immigration, then you should be OK.  I-864EZ is not applicable since you have joint sponsor, it may be a glitch

I-864EZ not required to be filled again if NVC has approved your I864.Just take original I864 along with latest transcripts for interview

This thread is from December, the OP's interview has long been and gone.
