For almost 3 months now I have made payments to ceac but the status of payments hasn't changed. The payments receipts show payments success, my bank statement indicates the fees were withdrawn. Ceac acknowledged that the knew about the issue and that they were going to fix it but haven't. I have reached out to nvc via their public inquiry form three times. After the  first inquiry, the requested for receipts which I sent to them. After a month the response was that they couldn't view the payment receipts, requesting for the receipts in a different format type. In the third inquiry I sent the receipts in word format. The response this time was instructions on how to make payments. Which was nothing related to my problem because I have already made payments but their system is broken and my payments have not been processed properly. There is gross incompetence and lack of professionalism going on at nvc. Inquiry cases are not given proper attention. This is so frustrating to keep on sending inquiries and wasting time, only to receive a response which totally helpless.
