Awesomeee.

Congrats.

Maybe I'll get mines in 2 weeks. Hopefully.

Do you know when the NVC received your case?

I'm sorry, i do not exactly know when they received it. I sent them an iquiry about two weeks ago and they said we have your case.

You'll definitely get yours in two weeks.

Hey how did you know they received your case? Do they give you a date?

If I can jump in really quick.

You'll have to send them an inquiry to NVC see if they received your case from USCIS.

They don't give you an exact date, but you can get a general idea depending on when you sent the inquiry.

For example, my NOA 2 is from Nov 14th 2022.

I sent an inquiry on December 9th and they said they didn't receive it yet.

I called USCIS on December 16th and they said they hadn't sent it yet.

Then I sent another inquiry to NVC on December 28th and they said they recently received it.

So my guess is that they received my case around December 28th 2022.

I have the same NOA2 date, so please let me know when you get your case number!

I personally had some issues with the NVC inquiry form. I sent two inquiries using the form on Jan 2nd and Jan 15th. Each time they responded saying that they haven't received my petition yet from the USCIS. I sent a direct email to the NVC on Jan 19th and they finally confirmed yesterday (Jan 24th) that they have received my petition.

I really hope it was just a glitch similar to what others on this forum seem to have experienced, and that my petition was received by the NVC in December and not just recently.

Well I had my noa2 on the 9th December. The letter said to give it 3-4 weeks to process at the NVC or something.

we emailed them on the 9th of Jan and they replied that they had it, just not created a case file.

I'll update my timeline. Hopefully in 2 weeks 🙏

My NOA2 is Nov 22, 2022.

I found out from the NVC emails they received my case from USCIS on Dec 14, 2022.

Seeing that someone with a NOA2 on 11/8/2022 getting their NVC case I'm hopeful mine will be soon.

Thanks , I made chat with askEmma , they told me that USCIS sent my petition on Nov/29

but I don't know when NVC received my case from USCIS

I think that 11/29 date is when NVC received your case from USCIS since it was 3 weeks after your NOA2 on 11/8.

My NOA was Nov 22 and I found out NVC received my case on December 14 which was basically 3 weeks too.

I'm thinking I'll get my NVC case number by Feb 6 then going off your numbers. I'll probably send an enquiry a few days before.

Interesting how some cases are sent in 3 weeks while others wait about 6 weeks. Weird right 🤔.

Overall, I think on Friday next week I'll send an email to NVC to see how my case is going.
