Got letter from NVC, now what?

Hello all,

 

I just got the letter from NVC, my fiance in didn't receive anything (in India). What is the next step? On the letter it gave me the website and when I go to the website it says full of the D-160.

1. Should we will it the D-160?

2. Does she need to get police Certificate? Does anyone know what that is?

3. Should we wait for a letter from the consulate in India to send letter first?

4. Where do we pay for the fees?

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)'s/spouse's approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
