Just curious if anyone had their N400 interview and Oath the same day in recent times?

not uncommon to happen but it depends on the day if they have naturalizations happening at the time of your interview at a guess

I had my interview last week and passed! Unfortunately, same-day oath ceremonies are not being offered for the time being.

I had my N400 interview in Chicago on 9/15/22, there was no same day oath available. I'm still waiting for my oath ceremony date. Also curious to see how long people in Chicago have to wait for their oath ceremony after their N400 interview. My interviewer said I should receive a notice in 2 weeks after the interview, but it has been almost 4 weeks now. Can't wait to get this over with, since I need to make some travel plans. Good luck!

I had my interview on 9/20 and was approved. My immigration officer said to expect a notice scheduling the oath within 6 weeks. 

 

I was looking at the citizenship timelines for the Chicago field office and it looks like the oaths are scheduled anywhere from 3 weeks to a couple months after approval.
