Hello! I have a question in regards of the L2s visa. My friend came here as L1 and she got her ssn but her husband got denied of ssn. Do they need to apply for EAD or work permit so he can apply for ssn and work once EAD card receive?

Hubby needs to apply for EAD, then use EAD to apply for SSN.
