All Greencard applications are on hold until Oct 2007???

Hi! I spoke to one of my friends who works with a Commerce Chamber (works on building USA's international trade ties) and she mentioned that there has been a visa bulletin issued where due to the backlog, all new (whatever'new' implies) greencard applications are being paced on hold until oct 2007???

Is that true???

This is only for employment based AOS people, not k-3 visas

Ditto -- the Sun Sentinel in South Florida reported that employment based visas were over-subscribed, so they were placing these on hold.
