If you  are getting the Error "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records".

This is directed to those who recently got their welcome letter within the last week and still get the case# and IIN don't match to what they have,. They are working on it,. No need to send Public Inquiries.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

4/7/2020: Card being produced

4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

Has there been any updates on this?

Received the NVC welcome letter and login info on Friday but it still tells me it does not match records :(

any updates on it? still having issues logging in after receiving case number and invoice id Friday!!

Still not working, but grateful for your sharing this message. I was already worried that it was just for my case.

I'll keep trying the coming days.

EDIT: Now is working!
