pending I-130 for both parents

Hello guys I am A US citizen. My parents live in Pakistan. I submitted online I-130 petitions for my both parents back in may 2021. Cases are at Nebraska center. USCIS is still processing both the petitions. I submitted an e-inquiry in February 2022 regarding both petitions and I have not received any response from USCIS until today. Whenever I check Nebraska center I-130 processing times it shows me 5-7 months in between. Is anybody else waiting for their pending since last 13 months? I asked local senator as well 2 months ago. They just told me that I need to be patient because USCIS has huge backlog. It confuses me because USCIS case processing time for Nebraska are between 5-7 months.

processing time is just estimation. but if ur case is already outside processing time, u can always file e-inquiry ( doesnt mean they will do anything to u). up to this date, mine (i-130) has been 19 months in potomac. already outside processing time long time ago and when i asked helped from congressperson, chat emma, call emma....the response just " wait. backloged)

Thank you. I  have sent e-inquiry back at the end of January and in return I have not received any response from them 2 months ago  even contacted the local congressman, but so far it did not help either they just say that there is a backlog and they are processing cases in order they receive
