485 filling fee failed

Hey guys, we just sent the documents to uscis last week, we used credit card to pay. But today we got a fraud alert from my bank, it seems like the payment did not go through. 

 

Could i know what is gonna happen to our case? Will they return our documents?

 

we are thinking to resend the whole documents again tomorrow, is that ok?

Call the bank and tell them u are going to have $$$ amount transaction. Just resend the package tomorrow, no need to wait. If u have personal check, use personal check. If you file I-130 and AOS package, just remember to submit $535 and $1,225 separately

thank you, as you said, we sent out the documents the second day. 

 

I want to ask one more question: today, we just got the receipt number, but the thing is that both receipt number of I-485 and I-765 are MSC...., I knew many others that their receipt numbers are all started by IOE. I am kind of worried that they made a mistake or something else.

No it’s fine. Some of the people that I know got MSC as well. No mistake. MSC is an old code for NBC hence IOE. Doesn’t matter
