You would typically need to use the medical facilities approved by the Frankfurt consulate.

The medical facilities approved for exams in Ukraine send their results to the Kyiv embassy, and the same for Warsaw.  You should contact the Frankfurt consulate if they will accept the medical exam from Kyiv or Warsaw.

. MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Must be completed by a CDC approved panel physician in Germany, Ukraine or any other European country. See:  https://www.ustraveldocs.com/de/de-iv-medicalexams.asp#PanelPhysicians (this exception is temporary and applies only to Ukrainian applicants) In most cases, panel physicians transmit the results to the Embassy electronically, but they will provide you with a Vaccination Records copy.

I copy this from the email the Frankfurt Consulate send me. But I trying to find a place in a Ukraine or Poland, Germany it's too far its going to be a problem go there twice. He is minor have to go with mother and litter brother.

Sorry I didn't mean to ignore you I didn't receive a notification. Anyways I called Vienna on April 26th and made the appointment for May 16th so it was not a long wait at all. They emailed all of the results to Frankfurt so need to hang around there for days waiting.

Thanks for the response, you mean they send the results to the embassy so no need to wait there?

Yes that is correct. They will send the results directly to the the embassy. My fiancee said it was a very smooth process going there.
