Hello,

I am a Canadian Citizen who is already documentarily  qualified and  waiting for my F2A interview to be scheduled. I was offered a job in NYC and I am just wondering if I am allowed to apply for the TN visa without harming my immigrant visa application? Please let me know your thoughts on this.  Thank you.

More likely to be the other way round.  TN visa would be unlikely to be approved since you have a pending IV.
