@eatright1I think you should have your interview date by June or July 2022...

May 2022 is already scheduled for July 2020 so just stay patient for a little while you're almost there...

And when you have your interview date please update us so we know what's going on there...

So, I filed for my mother and the priority date was 6/2020 and DQ by NVC was 04/2021. That means she won't get an interview for another year? Also, I am very new to the process and was wondering if you guys have recommendations for visa people in Ghana. I want to be able to have someone else handle all of this. I feel like I am missing steps and information.

Also, when the embassy sends NVC the appointment approval, how much time do you have between the notification and interview and even approval to come to the states

My wife and I are working with an immigration attorney in Accra to get her parents over here.  I probably could have done it myself but just decided I wanted a little extra help.  PM if you are interested in details.  Of course an attorney can't help with the very long wait times (her Mom was DQ'ed in late Oct. 2020 and we don't expect an interview for another 2 or 3 months).

Good luck...the process definitely takes patience :)
