Hi,

I submitted DS-260 for my spouse but I didn't put middle name on the given names on DS-260 for each person.I looked at online and people suggested that I should write an email to NVC or to bring up this issues at the interview. But I'm the petitioner and I could not be at the interview. So I'm planning to write a letter explaining what went wrong and to request to add the middle names. My question is  (1)."Can I write a letter like that and request to add the middle names on DS-260 since my spouse should be the one who fill up and submit DS-260?Or only my spouse is allowed to ask like that?(2).Is it a problem that I didn't add the middle name on given names?Thank you in advance.

You can, or your spouse can just explain and correct the mistake at the interview.  Since the full name is on the passport scan you uploaded already, they'll "notice" the error.
