n400 N400 online application submission help Part2

I have i751 pending filed last year feb2021 and now I’m eligible for n400..

 

 I had filled up online application form . In the last step where I can review the filled application form , I can download the pdf as well.

 

I see the Part2 #13 is not checked in the pdf I downloaded . But I’m not sure where is that option to select yes/no in online form . Can someone help ?

 

13. Exemptions from the English Language Test

A. Are you 50 years of age or older and have you lived in the United States as a lawful permanent resident for periods totaling at least 20 years at the time you file your Form N-400?

B. Are you 55 years of age or older and have you lived in the United States as a lawful permanent resident for periods totaling at least 15 years at the time you file your Form N-400?

C. Are you 65 years of age or older and have you lived in the United States as a lawful permanent

 

(If you meet this requirement, you will also be given a simplified version of the civics test.)

Did you put your dob initially?
