Passport Photos for I-130

Hi there. 

 

I feel like I know the answer to this, but I am going to ask anyway to be certain. If I were to add any new documents or evidence to my I-130 online application before it's been approved anywhere. We only just sent the application in 2 weeks ago. We wanted to update my husband's passport photo because when I look at how it scanned, it's got glare on it that I didn't realize prior to submitting. Stupid stupid me.

If your husband is abroad, his PP photo isn't even required, so don't worry about it. He will be uploading his current photo during DS260 or bringing one during the visa interview anyway.

Hi! Thank you so much for responding  My husband is the petitioner. The glare also isn't on the photo finish, there is a big of glare on his head from the light as he is bald lol. But the actual photo, the glare doesn't seem as accentuated. Might not be that big of a deal but I want to make sure it is!

Doesn't hurt to add a new photo on the online portal though i don't think they make a big fuss about the minor issues on the petitioner's photo.
