Hey everyone, i am looking for some answers and advice regarding the affidavit of support I -864 that my husband needs to fillel out.

When we first applied  for the K1 on the I-129F, My husband was working full time and making approx $50,000. Since then he has returned to school and working part time reducing  his income to approx, $12,000, putting us below the poverty guidelines. I was readding about using his assests which he has (he has the difference times 3). Has anyone went with the assests route before? Is it stricter and what documents are needed etc?

Also when filling his taxes for '21, he was briefly unemployed and claimed benefits. It says before filling he needs the 1099G but unfortunately the Ann Arbor department doesn't have it ready yet.

I'd love if someone could advise us?

Thanks so much
