Im spending Friday as a total slacker. Im supposed to be calling on all these high-dollar claims, but I have a serious case of the dont-want-tos. So that brings me here

Same here. I have a pile of stuff to do on my desk, but I'm pushing it to the side and will continue with it on Monday.

Call me crazy, but with all the talk about SOs arriving today and plans being made for future arrivals, I'm kind of missing all of the feelings of anticipation for the big day and how excited I was waiting at the airport and the disbelief at having my husband here finally.

I was waiting for Hachemi to call me to come pick him up from his first day of work, and one of the guys brought him home. I was worried about him all day. He came in smiling, and said it wasnt to hard. He is part of a 6 man team that builds the hull of the boat. He works at the very beginning of the process of making a boat. I am happy he likes it. Takes a lot of stress off of me, since we will have another paycheck coming in. Alhamdullilah.

omg I know that. I'm sorry...just having a bad day. You can't hear my voice online obviously but that was meant to be kind of stressed out when I said it 'cause we're just having a bad day today. Sorry!!!!!

btw apparently there were quite a few bigtime bomb threats in the underground trains today.

Suffice it to say NOW I know why my husband doesn't like to grow a beard. Of course his beard was pretty full today because I had asked him to grow it for when I get there.

BAD idea......and that's all I'll say about that.

ahhhh tonight i had my soulfood (danish hotdogs) at my dad's house! i was so excited that abdelilah was going to be able to try them when he comes because i thought they were veal...turns out they are cased in pork AND a mix of veal and pork! D'OH!!!!! should have known better.
