Time needed to clear secondary at airport POE with K-1?

Hi all, my fiancée is looking at flights for her one-way crossing into the US with her K-1, but we're not sure how long of a layover she should want to have enough time to go through secondary. For anyone who has made the trip by air and had their POE at Toronto or Montreal, how long did it take you to clear the process, and how long of a layover would you recommend between connecting flights?

Thanks! She ended up with flights with a 3 1/2 hr layover. Hoping that works out!

That should be fine.  She might have more time for shopping if she clears quickly.
