Problem uploading docs for NVC

I want to upload all necessary docs for NVC.

I have put all the pages of I-864 in 1 file that is below 2mb.

When trying to upload the file it will not take the whole file but automatically goes to the individual pages.

Because I cannot upload the whole file at once I tried to upload the pages separately.

But then when I try to upload the next page I cannot add this because it says I already oploaded I-864.

 

Who can help me please?

You need to place all pages of the I-864 in one PDF and then upload that, and only that, under the I-864 category. Don't try to work around it by uploading pages separately, just focus on addressing the problem that is preventing you from doing this.

It's not clear to me what you're describing here. What do you mean by "automatically goes to the individual pages"? You've verified the file is a PDF (with the *.pdf file extension) and is under 2MB?

 

Try running the file through here https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/compress-pdf.html and maybe you will be able to upload the copy of the file that it gives you.
