Hi how are you? Has the embassy contacted to you?

I had my medical done before my interview and it was not at the Montreal embassy the day of my interview it got there the day after so that was January 25 and I am still waiting to hear a response because I still have a refuse letter based on my medical not being there. I hope it changes to issued.

Hi, nope not yet still silence 😔

Hi Martha86I have just got a checklist from NVC and waiting for an approval. I will interview at the US Embassy in Dublin. So I would like to know how the backlogs of the Embassy and the Mater hospital. Can I ask you more questions?

- When do you get DQ'd? --> How long did you get the appointment letter for an interview from the DQ'd date?

- As you wrote above, it means you got the interview before the medical exam. ---> You are waiting for the visa because the embassy doesn't receive the result from hospital? Have you contacted to the Mater hospital for pushing?

Thank you for your sharing. I am in the same boat, I can understand your feeling :(

Hi Shaunah11, sorry to hear that. I think it will be quick to change. Don't worry about that. Anyway, you have finished two big steps (Medical exam, Interview) for your journey.

Hi, have you called to the embassy? I think this is a good way to know why your case delays.

Sorry Martha86. Can I ask you more questions?

- Did CO keep your passport after the interview? And did they give you a yellow packet that you cannot open it? You will give the yellow packet to the US officer at the point of entry when traveling to US.

- When you booked an appointment for the medical exam, did you call to Mater hospital (Dublin branch) directly or did you request the appointment via its website?

-  One person in this forum, he said that he didn't need an appointment interview letter for showing in Mater hospital when checking. Just call to the hospital and pick a date. He used the NVC case number DBLxxxxxxxxxx. And another one did as same as and booked the appointment successfully. Just ask your experience when you did?

Sorry for bothering you. I am so nervous now after waiting for a long time.

I forgot. You kept your passport after the interview because of the medical exam.
